A nanny cares for one child or many children at your home or at a place of your choice. If agreed, the nanny can also do housework. The focus of a nanny’s work is the reliable care and age-adequate encouragement and support of your child. The nanny determines the daily routine independently with the child, within the framework of agreements with the family regarding education, advancement, nutrition, etc.. Nannies normally care for your children with a certain regularity and over a long period of time. A 100% workload normally represents 5 days à 9 to 11 hours. However, you can reduce this workload as you wish and the hours can also be spread differently over numerous days, in consultation with the nanny. You have a lot of flexibility in this case.

Most nannies have completed either educational or care-related training or have professional experience and good references in working with children.

1. Your child will be cared for in its trusted home environment or at a place of your choice, which means maximum flexibility for you and your child.

2. There are no drop-off or collection trips.

3. For the most part, the start and finishing times of care each day can be adjusted to your wishes and habits, the daily routine of your child will be taken into consideration as comprehensively as possible.

4. Your darlings’ daily meals are determined by you and always freshly prepared by the carer.

4. Upon request, care can begin from the time of birth.

5. Your child experiences entirely individual care, which is completely directed towards the needs of your little one.

6. Your child experiences consistency in care, and can therefore build up a healthy and trusting relationship with the nanny.

7. From two children per carer, this form of care with all of its benefits is more competitive than most other forms of care such as nanny-sharing.

1. There are no waiting lists.

2. Regardless of the prerequisites that apply in your case, we will have a solution for you.

In this case you will simply receive a monthly invoice from Mrs Doubtfire, which covers everything (insurances and social contributions) and you need worry about nothing else. Mrs Doubtfire remains the legal employer, which means that you are subject to no obligations.

5. The nanny is placed with you by Mrs Doubtfire. Upon conclusion of a placement process you assume the position of employer, with all of the administrative tasks already taken care of: Employment contract, social contributions and insurance cover are all arranged for you and prepared for signing. You are only required to take care of paying the monthly invoices and insurance premiums.
